A case of Mediastinal Brouchogenic Cyst

Abstract
|
|
|
Recently, the author experienced a case of mediastinal bronchogenic cyst which knon as rare and it
was successfully treated by surgery.
This 27-year-old male with no specific complaint was checked out of right lower hilar X-ray shadow
by chance about 2 months ago.
On thoracotomy, a monocular hen´s egg sized cyst was found in the right lower mediastinum and
was removed en masse successfully.
There was no communication between neighbouring bronchus and the cyst, and the histological find
ings revealed that it was a bronchogenic cyst.
